Inauguration of the “Bianca D’Aponte Foster Home” at Hosanna (Ethiopia)

The inauguration procession takes place on a carpet of fresh and fragrant grass. The little girls are

dressed in traditional Ethiopian attire, and wear a yellow flower in their hair, which is a symbol of

rebirth and hope -- hope that they will be granted the opportunity to confidently look forward to a

brighter future.
